* Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree of any field.

* Familiar with Skype, slack or other communication tool
* Proficient in MS office operations and the internet.
* Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills

1.) Be the main point of contact for customer inquiries
2.) Ensure respond times are both accurate and delivered
3.) Generating reports and emails (General Admin Work)
4.) Respond to customers/client via e-mail and chat using online tools
5.) Perform ad-hoc duties as may be deemed necessary
6.) Perform different types of research to produce leads using multiple channels.
7.) Send out initial, follow up and reply emails to leads using a set of guides.
